To add to the problem, no matter how many medicines you take, nothing gives you relief. However, there is one thing you don’t know. You can even use apple cider vinegar for sore throat.   1. Undiluted apple cider vinegar for sore throat

Using ACV in this manner to treat a sore throat can prove to be very effective. First time usage itself can treat your problem by up to 80%.

Method – Take a few shots of ACV and gargle with them. Rinse your mouth thoroughly after gargling so that the acid doesn’t build up on the tooth enamel.

Caution – Don’t brush your teeth immediately after doing this. You might end up disrupting the structure of your teeth.

  1. Diluted apple cider vinegar for sore throat

If undiluted ACV is too strong for you, you can even gargle with diluted apple cider vinegar.

Method – Add 2 tbsp. of ACV to one cup of water. Gargle with the mixture 4-5 times. At the end, drink a sip of the mixture.

Caution – Drink a sip of water after each gargle. This would prevent acid build up in the sensitive areas of your mouth and tooth.

  1. Apple cider vinegar and honey

We already know how good apple cider vinegar for sore throat is. Plus, even honey is an effective medicine for treating the disease.

Method – Mix a glass of warm water with 1 tbsp. of honey and 1 tbsp. of ACV. Mix it well and drink the mixture gradually.

Alternatively, you can even gargle with equal amounts of ACV and honey.

  1. Apple cider vinegar with cayenne pepper

This is a very effective method of using apple cider vinegar for sore throat.

Method – Create a mixture of 1 cup of warm water, 1 tbsp. of ACV, cayenne pepper and 1 tsp. of honey. Gargle with the mixture 4-5 times. Drink a sip of the mixture at last.

  1. Apple cider vinegar with ginger

Ginger is another ingredient used as an effective home remedy for sore throat. Using it with apple cider vinegar for sore throat can increase the efficiency of both.

Method – Heat 1 cup of water with 1 tbsp. of ACV and 1 cm of chopped ginger. Remove from the flame after a few minutes and add 1 tbsp. of honey to the mixture. Drink it slowly before it cools down.

  1. Apple cider vinegar and ginger garlic paste

Both ginger and garlic can help you get rid of the sore throat quickly along with the apple cider vinegar.

Method – Peel a few cloves of garlic and some ginger. Blend the two together to make a fine paste out of it. In another container, take a cup of water and add 1 tbsp. of ACV to it. Add ½ tbsp. of the ginger garlic paste to the ACV and water mixture. Drink the mixture slowly for a clearer throat.

Note – You can use ready-made ginger garlic paste instead of making some at home. However, the ready-made ones do contain some preservatives which might not be good for your health.
